The subsequent feedback forms mainly rated various aspects of the presentation, including \u2018relevance\u2019, 4.5-5, out of a possible 5.<\/p><p>Thinking it might be a \u2018tough gig\u2019, Gary Evans was prepared for lots of questions, but received none, just sporadic nods of agreement throughout the presentation. As one doctor responded, times are changing, and more doctors are finding mindfulness, yoga, and Tai Chi, in particular, increasingly helpful. Gary was only able to mention the lead researcher\u2019s comment that it was looking \u2018promising\u2019.
