Our Dignity at Work Policy

Holistic Healing Therapy LTD. is committed to providing a work environment free from harassment, discrimination, and disrespectful behaviour. We believe all employees have the right to work in an atmosphere that promotes mutual respect, fairness, and dignity.

Our organisation does not tolerate any form of harassment, including but not limited to discrimination based on race, gender, age, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic. We expect all employees, contractors, and visitors to treat each other with respect and consideration at all times.

Key Principles:

  1. Respect and Fair Treatment: All individuals will be treated with respect, fairness, and dignity.

  2. Non-Discrimination: Discrimination, intimidation or harassment based on any protected characteristic is strictly prohibited.

  4. Confidentiality: All reports will be handled confidentially to the extent possible, and there will be no retaliation against individuals who report violations of this policy.

Consequences:

Violations of this Dignity at Work Policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or contract.

Training:

All employees will receive training on this policy to ensure understanding and compliance.

If anything is new to a contractor, it is advised that they familiarise themselves with the topics covered in this document. Various online resources can help.

This Dignity at Work Policy applies to all employees, contractors, and visitors of Holistic Healing Therapy LTD. We are committed to fostering a work environment where everyone can thrive and contribute to our shared success.
