Applying to be a FB+ guide

Our Full FB+ Course is very in-depth and is centred around mindfulness. The following questions are designed to help us give you the best advice on your training path with us.

We recommend you have read the sections on our website about Forest Bathing+ and our training course before applying. In addition, please read our terms and conditions regarding refunds and transferring course dates.

Course booking closes 10 days before the course starting date. If you would like to join a course, please ensure that you have submitted an application form, and sent payment, at least 10 days before a course. Your place on the course is not guaranteed until we have reviewed your application and confirmed receipt of payment.

What would you like achieve from your Forest Bathing+ training and are there any particular groups of people you are interested in running sessions for?

Please note, our mainstream forest bathing sessions do not include any references to Sanskrit, Buddhism, or Hinduism, inclusion in Module 1 is for background understanding and personal use of the guide.
