This year, we had the privilege to take part in Joe Wicks Festival at iconic Kew Gardens in Richmond, London!
The Joe Wicks Festival is a family-friendly wellbeing event hosted by The Body Coach at Kew Gardens, featuring a variety of fitness sessions, mindfulness activities, wellness workshops, and family entertainment. Throughout the festival, which this year was held on the 6th of July, we were sharing information about forest bathing practice and The Forest Bathing Institute’s work, as well as offering free 30-minute Forest bathing demos to the festival guests.
Over 100 people have tried Forest bathing on the day, and we had such an amazing feedback from the participants! We were also lucky to experience different weather conditions, and warm summer showers made the experience even more magical (do you know that rainy weather can provide extra benefits to your time in nature?)
Many thanks to all those who have joined us on the day, the amazing Kew team, and our talented guides at Kew Susanne Meis, Rosanna Amadeo, Janine Gerhardt, and Elisabetta Murgia who did such an amazing job guiding people in forest bathing in different weather conditions! If you have missed us at the festival, you can join us for one of our Kew Gardens forest bathing sessions that we regularly run until September 27th 2025 until we break for the winter season. You can find more information and book your spot on Kew website.
