‘The Healing Power of Trees’ Kew Book Launch!

We are so excited to have had our book launch last Wednesday at iconic Kew Gardens!

During the event, we shared about the science and benefits of Forest bathing, and did a little 10-minute demo in the beautiful gardens of Cambridge Cottage.

We are so grateful to everyone who joined us, to our caring and patient family and friends, to every one of our brave and dedicated team members, to our colleagues, our editors and publishers, to our trainees and event participants for your unceasing support and being a big part of our journey, encouraging us to learn and grow, and further expanding our understanding about the natural world and our place in it. You support means the world to us!

We are also grateful to Kew Gardens team for letting us use this beautiful location for our book launch, and to everyone who helped us organise and manage the event.
